Using my new Dahle:
My 10560 folder is pulling through more than one paper at once. Is there an adjustment?
An adjustment can be made in the feeding tray. Pull the feeding tray out and you will see three springs under the piece “lifted” in the center. Remove the front two springs, stretch them slightly then replace the springs into the tray and the tray into the main unit. This will lift the paper just enough so it feeds more directly into the rollers.
My 10560 folder is not folding properly. Is it defective?
Check the black metal folding trays. Sometimes they seem to be inserted properly but they aren’t actually in all the way. There are notches on the underside of the trays and that is where the tray snaps on to the metal bars of the main unit. When the trays are properly in place, they will not move from side to side.
To make a half fold on the 10560 folder, the instructions state to reverse the second fold guide. What does this mean?
If you pull out the rear tray, you will notice one end is “open” and one end is “flat.” On a half fold, the “flat” end should be facing inwards.
