Shipping Policy

Dahle North America, Inc. provides free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping Damage

Occasionally products arrive damaged from shipping. If visible signs of damage are noticed when receiving the item, please refuse it with the shipping company. If damage is noticed after a product has been received, please call (800) 995-1379.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on www.dahle.com, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund (a restocking fee may apply). Returned item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. If the item(s) do not meet these requirements, they may not qualify for a refund.

To initiate a return, please call (800) 995-1379 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once we receive your return and approve your refund, Dahle North America, Inc. will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
